G. Mello Disposal Expands Services Through Acquisition

February 27, 2008, Georgetown, Mass.— G. Mello Disposal Corp, a solid waste disposal and recycling company, is proud to announce its merger with Haul-It-All, a Georgetown-based container service company.

“Adding Haul-It-All’s inventory and customer base to G. Mello Disposal allows us to expand our services and offer customers another option for small to mid-size commercial and industrial projects or household cleanouts,” according to Jason J. Mello, vice president of G. Mello Disposal.

Haul It All’s former owner Michael Monteiro will join the G. Mello Disposal team.

“Mr. Monteiro brings a great deal of experience to our company,” Mello said. “His customer loyalty was due to his high level of customer service. That’s the same level of customer service that we’ve built our business on for more than 30 years.”
