Jason began his career at Mello over 25 years ago and has grown into 
a leader who understands both the industry and our customers’ needs. From hands-on field experience in his early years to his role as President for the past decade, he leverages his operational knowledge and a commitment to delivering reliable, customer-focused solutions. As a valued service provider, his leadership focuses on relationship building, strategic direction, and giving back to the communities we live in and serve. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time on the water and exploring the open sea.

With over 35 years in the solid waste industry, including 2 years with 
the Mello team, Mark uses a combination of operational, sales, and executive management experience to help Mello Disposal gain market share, achieve operational excellence, and deliver cost-effective, practical disposal solutions to customers. Having held leadership roles 
at a range of waste management organizations, Mark helps deliver solutions that streamline waste management and support the Mello team’s success every day, with employee safety always first. When 
not behind his desk or working in the field, Mark likes to spend time 
traveling with family.

With over 20 years of experience at Mello, Mike brings deep operational expertise and leadership that ensure the consistent and dependable support our customers count on. He began his career on the back of a truck and has advanced through a variety of roles, ultimately leading the operations department where he drives our continuous improvement program. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time at his camp with family and friends.

Consistent service and continuous improvement are just two of the benefits Seth’s hands-on operations experience and leadership bring 
to Mello’s customers. He began in field operations and gained practical knowledge in route service before advancing through supervisory and safety roles. Seth now serves as Director of Operations, helping deliver the efficient solutions and strong customer support our company 
is known for. Outside of work, you might spot Seth on the road motorcycling with family and friends.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Lisa is dedicated to helping Mello clients find reliable, cost-effective waste solutions tailored to their evolving needs. Known for building strong, lasting relationships, she works closely with customers to ensure smooth service, responsive support, and sustainable solutions that help businesses stay compliant and operate efficiently. When she’s not working with clients, Lisa likes 
to spend time with friends and family.

Tracey began her career in 1985 as a receptionist and has since held roles ranging from dispatch to billing, payroll, and customer service. 
Her broad experience provides a unique understanding of how each 
part of the operation impacts our customers, ensuring responsive communication, accurate billing, and seamless day-to-day service 
you can count on. In her free time, Tracy enjoys boating, fishing, volunteering for the local figure skating club, and spending time 
with friends and family.
